What You'll Do- Leading vehicle and program virtual integration using simulation and synthesis
- Driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, subsystem teams, validation, and performance integration
- Identifying, communicating, and resolving CAE-driven issues with urgency and discipline
- Supporting development plans, simulation workshare, and math data readiness to ensure timely feedback and decision-making
- Promoting robust design practices, optimization methods, and continuous improvement in CAE capability
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of cross-functional vehicle development experience
- Experience with virtual development, CAE-based integration, and performance tradeoff management
- Strong knowledge of vehicle performance integration and subsystem technical owner interfaces
- Ability to lead across teams, influence without direct authority, and communicate complex technical issues clearly
- Ability to prioritize effectively, make timely decisions with incomplete information, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and a track record of driving issues to resolution
- Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining focus on execution, speed, and results
- Candidate must either be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylee or refugee) or a non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required export control authorization.
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Experience in Global Safety Performance Integration in support of vehicle development
- Experience in electrical or hybrid vehicle development
- Knowledge of CAE software, tools, and hardware capabilities
- Broad experience across vehicle performance functions, including integration and validationDFSS certification or experience applying robust design and optimization principles
