As a Mechanical Engineering Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Operations team supporting cross-functional Engineering, Testing, Manufacturing, and Prototype Development teams. * ** What's the Job?*
* + Modify, test, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, and mechanical components.

+ Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to support testing and fabrication activities.

+ Prepare sketches, work orders, and purchase requests for parts, repairs, and outsourced fabrication.

+ Support fabrication, assembly, and validation of mechanical systems and prototype equipment.

+ Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to implement design changes and resolve technical issues.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field.

+ 2-4 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, Engineering Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or similar role.

+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and schematics.

+

Experience with engineering software, CAD tools, or other technical applications used in manufacturing and engineering environments.

+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
