As our Vice President of Finance and Administration, you’ll be the heartbeat of our financial and operational success. You’ll lead with vision, overseeing all finance and administrative duties as well as heavy involvement in operational processes.

• Financial Leadership: Direct all accounting and finance functions—think budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance—ensuring our numbers tell a story of growth and stability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee and help guide operations, establishing rock-solid controls and streamlining processes to keep us running like a well‑oiled machine.

• Proven experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, or similar leadership role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a bonus!).
• Deep knowledge of financial systems, risk management, and operational controls, with a strong drive to establish and monitor them.
• Hands‑on expertise in upgrading legacy software systems—turning complexity into simplicity is your super‑power.
