This opportunity is a fit for established originators of short-term Residential real-estate loans (fix & flip, construction, multi family, single family, etc.). You will need a track record of success, as well as established relationships/clients.

- Conduct networking by attending industry gatherings and conferences, employing strategic pre-event planning, onsite meetings, and post-event outreach
- 2 years’ Short Term Residential Real Estate Origination
- Established book of clients/relationships
- Proven track record of Consistency, closing an average of $2M /month
