As a Teller, you will be one of the first people our members interact with. You will play a vital role in creating positive member experiences by accurately processing financial transactions, answering questions, and helping members access the products and services they need.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Previous customer service and sales experience (banking experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to travel between branches and be available to work all shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian.

• Perform financial transactions by receiving and paying out money with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain accurate transactional records.
• Continually identify our Members' financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant degree in Banking, Finance, or Accounting preferred but not required.

• Fluency in English required
• Conversational Ukrainian language skills required
