County of Monroe is seeking a Part Time Bailiff-DC for the 1st District Court in Monroe, MI. Under the supervision of a District Court Judge, you will provide security and maintain order in the courtroom during proceedings.
You may escort individuals to the Clerk’s Office and Probation Department, answer the telephone and take messages when the Judicial Secretary is unavailable, and you may serve as a back-up magistrate as needed.
