Duties
* Analyzes installation program execution for conformance to DoD, DA, and AMC HQ's objectives.
* Provides advice and assistance to HQ, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and supporting Engineer Districts on construction related matters.
* Implements complex engineering programs involving real property accountability, real estate transactions, master planning, military construction, and space management.
* Interprets and advises on policy, implements guidance to ensure that program areas are in consonance with TACOM's goals and objectives.
* Ensures compliance with laws, DA policy and regulations that impact TACOM installations and advises command regarding their impact and corrective action needed.
* Implements and monitors the technical application of DA, AMC and TACOM policies for all real estate actions and maintenance of real property records. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret (Tier

Experience:

Your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience to include: (1) Experience in engineering fields such as civil, mechanical, electrical, and/or architectural; (2) Overseeing projects and programs to ensure the proper following of laws, policies, and regulations; (3) Applying engineering methods to develop innovative techniques in the development of plans and programs for facilities; and (4) Advises on policy for the development of comprehensive plans for future development and construction.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
