Patient Services Specialist – Outpatient Oncology Clinic

We’re looking for a caring, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Services Specialist. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, supportive experience for patients and families throughout their treatment journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in and scheduling.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and collect payments.
• Coordinate appointments for oncology consultations, infusions, labs, and imaging.
• Communicate closely with nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
• Keep patient information accurate and confidential in the EMR system.
• Help ensure every patient feels cared for, respected, and informed.
