Director, Medical Coding: Strategy & Global Ops

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Director of Medical Coding to provide strategic leadership in the design and execution of a comprehensive coding strategy. Key responsibilities include overseeing coding activities, establishing new coding processes and workflows, and optimizing operations through technology. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of clinical data management experience, including extensive leadership and people management expertise.

This role requires strong knowledge of MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries, as well as proven ability to build effective teams and relationships with key stakeholders.
