This is not a chaotic, revolving-door facility.
You’ll work alongside PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs who communicate daily, collaborate closely, and genuinely support one another. Leadership is hands‑on, accessible, and invested in creating an environment where therapists can succeed without feeling micromanaged.
Caseloads are structured intentionally so you can focus on what matters most: quality patient care, meaningful outcomes, and accurate documentation — not impossible productivity demands.

The Role- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Carry out goal‑driven treatment plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, and independence

- Contribute to a therapy culture built on autonomy, accountability, and teamwork
SNF experience is preferred, but motivated new grads are absolutely welcome!
