UP Health System Portage is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. This full-time position offers a 1.0 FTE schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
The PT will assess elders, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and independence. Michigan PT license and BLS are required; outpatient experience is preferred.
