Recruiting Coordinator; Workday

Job Description Responsibilities

• Scheduling interviews, initiating, and tracking drug screen and backgrounds during pre-employment stage for hourly and salary employees
• Provide topnotch candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
• Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
• Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens through completion via Hire Right
• Responsible for troubleshooting and researching all background check and drug screen questions and concerns
• Manage and maintain candidate tracker and Applicant Tracking System with candidate pre-employment results using Excel and Workday
• Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or 3-5 years of HR experience
• Workday is a MUST;
  Hirerite and Paradox are nice to have
• Experience monitoring background checks
• Ability to work cross-functionally
