The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
* Review, process and track sign-on and referral bonuses for driver and dock positions.
* Prepare weekly driver and dockworker staffing reports, including the critical openings report, recruiting productivity report, and outgoing contacts report.
* Market research for potential new business or challenging locations including rate studies
* Conduct Exit Interviews with outgoing employees, and track results using online survey tools and reporting results to senior management
* Prepare and send out daily start list for new drivers, dock and mechanics
* Compile monthly turnover reports
* Providing administrative support as needed to recruitment department leadership team Ideal Candidates: what "U" bring to the table!
* Strong communication and time management skills
* MS Office experience including proficient use of Word & Excel
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized
* A sense of urgency, motivation, and grit
* Customer service, sales, recruiting, or transportation/logistics experience is a plus
* High school diploma is required; post-secondary education is preferred.

This position is full time/ onsite Monday-Friday 45 hours a week in Warren, MIWe offer benefits including- medical, dental, vison, 401k, and paid time off!
