We’re hiring a Sr. Driver Recruiter to join our team at Universal Logistics Holdings headquarters in Warren, MI. You’ll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. • Competitive base salary + uncapped bonus:

• Earn up to $300+ per hire

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Make 30-50 outbound calls and handle 15-20 inbound calls daily
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported

• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)
• Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet
