** JOB DESCRIPTION**##
** Position Details**
* ** Shift schedule****:
** 3rd shift — Sunday through Thursday, 10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.
* ** Minimum experience****:
** At least 1 year of related HR experience.##
** Regulatory Compliance & Employee Support
*** Administer and ensure compliance with
** FMLA, EEOC, ADA**, and other applicable laws.
* Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the
** HRIS**.
* Provide employee counseling on work‐related and personal matters as needed.
* Handle routine HR inquiries and manage them through completion.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and process guidance, escalating to COEs when appropriate.##
** Investigations & Issue Resolution
*** Conduct investigations as needed.
* Identify issues related to product, process, or quality systems.
* Recommend solutions through established channels and verify implementation.##
** Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
*** Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing, coordinating background checks, and contributing to hiring decisions.
* Conduct HR transactions such as
** orientation, leaves of absence, and exit meetings**.##
** Employee Relations & Engagement
*** Maintain a positive departmental image with all employees.
* Support and implement
** positive employee relations programs**.
* Coordinate plant welfare activities such as events, outings, and celebrations.
* Serve as a technical adviser to employee involvement teams.
* Maintain strong relationships within the community.##
** Compensation, Benefits & Reporting
*** Conduct the
** annual wage and benefit survey**, analyze results, and submit recommendations.
* Collect, analyze, and prepare
** HR scorecards, dashboards, and visual reports**.
* Perform root‐cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.##
** Training & Development
*** Assist with developing and delivering training programs.
* Continue building HR expertise through seminars, courses, and professional development opportunities.##
** Process Improvement & Documentation
*** Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in HR service delivery.
* Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures, workflows, and reports.
* Support departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed.##
** General Responsibilities
