- Support HR process improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of MCDC's people operations infrastructure.
- Mission-driven work with real community impact, improving lives, one smile at a time.
- A collaborative, people-first culture led by a forward-thinking Chief People Officer.
- Opportunity to serve as a strategic HR partner with visibility and influence across the organization.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
