Wade Trim is building its first dedicated in-house Talent Acquisition function, and this role is central to that effort. You'll join a small, growing team at a moment when your fingerprints will be on the processes, partnerships, and candidate experience that define recruiting at Wade Trim for years to come.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner owns full life-cycle recruiting for Wade Trim's senior-level, specialized, and hard-to-fill technical positions - including senior engineers, project managers, and discipline leads across all practices. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role acts as a strategic, consultative partner to practice and business unit leaders, builds proactive pipelines for niche AEC talent, and helps mentor junior recruiters as the in-house TA function matures.

This is a highly visible role for an experienced recruiter who wants ownership over their requisitions and a genuine hand in shaping how a growing TA team operates.

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting - intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close - for senior and specialized technical roles across Wade Trim's engineering and consulting practices.
• Partner directly with practice leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market conditions, competitive positioning, and search timelines.
• Build and sustain pipelines of active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill AEC disciplines through direct sourcing, Linked In Recruiter, industry associations, professional networks, and conferences.
• Serve as a brand ambassador who can clearly and credibly communicate Wade Trim's employee-ownership model, culture, and career growth opportunities to prospective hires.
• Own requisitions end-to-end in Lever (Wade Trim's applicant tracking system), including job posting optimization, candidate pipeline management, and hiring manager reporting.
• Contribute to building scalable TA processes and playbooks as Wade Trim continues to stand up its first dedicated in-house recruiting function.

• 7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates for niche or highly technical roles in a competitive talent market.
• Proven ability to advise, influence, and build credibility with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Lever experience a plus) and Linked In Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches under competing deadlines.
• Prior recruiting experience at a peer AEC, engineering, or infrastructure consulting firm.
• Experience recruiting for, or communicating the culture of, an employee-owned (ESOP) organization.
• Experience informally mentoring or leading junior recruiting staff.
