Human Resouces Generalist

Pay Rate: $28-$30/ hour (Contract-to-Hire) Overview

HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations within a mission-driven organization. This role offers broad exposure across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, HRIS administration, workforce reporting, and employee lifecycle initiatives.

• Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• HR generalist experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
• HR operations, compliance, HRIS, reporting, and workforce metrics experience
• Experience supporting mission-driven, community-focused, or service-oriented organizations
• Experience with workforce analytics, dashboards, and HR reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel and HRIS proficiency

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments and business functions
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Support employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives
• Maintain HR records, reporting, compliance documentation, and HRIS data
• Assist with process improvements, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities
