Staff Source is seeking an experienced, high-performing Recruiter to join our growing team. This is position is focused primarily on recruiting within the light industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience within the staffing and recruiting industry.
We are looking for a proven recruiter with strong career stability, excellent candidate-development skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Key
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Strong employment tenure and a history of stability and progression.
Ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
Must reside within the metro Detroit region (office locations in Warren & Livonia, MI)
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, interview coordination, reference support, offer negotiation, and placement.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage candidate expectations, and assist with offer negotiations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Develop pipelines for recurring, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions.
