This innovative organization is seeking a visionary leader to join a dedicated strategy team focused on performance and recognition programs. You will be at the forefront of integrating cutting‑edge technology to enhance sales and service journeys, directly influencing how customers interact with one of the world’s most recognized automotive brands.

As a key member of this newly formed strategy team, you will be instrumental in executing technical solutions that enable industry‑leading sales and service experiences for our various vehicle divisions and their extensive network of retail partners. You’ll dive deep into the ecosystem of a specific product line, developing innovative web applications and in‑dealer digital experiences. Your work will directly shape the future of automotive retail, from mobile and after‑hours opportunities to the implementation of new sales and service technologies, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.

• Execute in‑dealer digital network solutions, including in‑store digital signage, screens, kiosks, etc.
• Write business or user cases and work with brand managers on development of digital strategies.
• Establish a center of expertise focused on technology‑enabled customer experiences and emerging trends in technology application for consumer benefit.
• Serve as the primary communication conduit to the product line, field operations teams, and retail partners regarding retail strategy, assessing new technologies and their potential application within the automotive retail marketplace.
• Seamlessly integrate the efforts of both creative agencies and technical providers, leveraging both internal resources and third‑party vendors.
• Generate comprehensive business requirement documents, project‑specific brand guidelines, and process documentation.
• Collaborate closely with retail partners to pilot new concepts, meticulously measure their effectiveness, gather insights, and scale successful initiatives.
• Work closely with IT/technology teams on development of digital products. Hold them accountable for timelines and budget adhering.

• Previous experience in automotive retail (sales and service)
• Dealership experience
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex IT solutions at a high level.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• A proactive, self‑starting attitude with the ability to work effectively independently.
• High level of interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to execute in a dynamic, multiple workstream project environment with evolving priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management skills.

• Previous experience in strategy development.
• Prior experience with retail partner systems integration.
