- Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, documentation and technical support of the Service Now platform. This position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities.
- Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes and support integrations with external systems.
- Provides support for testing scenarios and test cases, to ensure application quality.
- Supports technology specific best practices and standards.
- Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.
Must Have
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, and/or configuration of ITSM tools.
- Service Now Experience should include platform support and both ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Experience supporting Java script, HTML, CSS and XML.
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Qualifications:
- Leadership skills in supporting technical initiatives
- Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations
- Administration of a Service Now instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
- BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
- Service Now Administrator Certification (Quebec or Higher)
- Strong understanding of Service Now ITSM and ITOM products
