Location: Warren, MI (Cadillac Tower)

Schedule: Hybrid – In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evening or off-hours support during monthly launches.

Duration: Long Term Contract

Pay: $50-54.00

Position Overview

We are seeking an Incentive & Offer Operations Analyst to support the creation, testing, and execution of incentive and offer programs across digital retail experiences. This role serves as a key operational partner within the incentive and offer ecosystem, helping ensure offer data is accurate, timely, and properly reflected across customer-facing applications and platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, brand teams, technical partners, and external agencies to coordinate monthly offer launches, troubleshoot issues, support testing efforts, and maintain operational excellence across multiple work streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly offer authoring and launch activities across supported brands and digital experiences.
  • Review, validate, and maintain offer content and related data to ensure accuracy across systems and applications.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies to gather and clarify business and technical requirements.
  • Support release planning activities, including requirements gathering, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to incentive and offer setup, display, and downstream integrations.
  • Assist in managing escalations and JIRA Level 2 support requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation, processes, and organizational tools that improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and elevate risks, gaps, or issues that may impact launch schedules or enhancement delivery.
  • Develop a working knowledge of incentive management systems, web services, and system dependencies.
  • Collaborate with external technical partners on application enhancements and web service upgrades.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in incentive management, offer operations, digital retail, marketing operations, or a related business function.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with technical teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting OEM incentive programs and offer management processes.
  • Experience with vehicle configuration data.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, web services, system integrations, or response structures.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar issue‑management tools.
