Senior Project Lead

To develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to meet project objectives and also provide technical guidance for work completion.

• Predict and extract meaningful trends, patterns, and recommendations from raw data by leveraging data science methodologies, including machine learning, predictive modeling, math, statistics, and advanced analytics.
• Understand business requirements and analyze datasets to determine suitable approaches that support analytic business needs and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Design and implement data analysis and machine learning models, hypotheses, algorithms, and experiments to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Apply analytics techniques such as data mining, predictive modeling, prescriptive modeling, math, statistics, advanced analytics, machine learning models, and algorithms to uncover meaningful patterns, relationships, and trends.
• Design efficient data loading, augmentation, and analysis techniques to enhance the accuracy and robustness of data science and machine learning models, including scalable models suitable for automation.
• Research, study, and stay updated in the domain of data science, machine learning, and analytics tools and techniques to continuously identify opportunities for improving analysis efficiency, accuracy, and robustness.
• Develop a production‑ready middleware layer that ingests, aggregates, and exposes the core operational data points.
• Deploy a multi‑agent system that autonomously monitors middleware data, flags anomalies, and generates structured recommendation JSON payloads.
• Integrate APIs and webhooks that feed the AI’s reasoning, recommendations, and confidence scores into a front‑end application.
• Collaborate on a clean, modular, and fully tested Git repository.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
