We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Analytics to lead enterprise-scale data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Lakes, Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms. This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing Data Analytics and Data Engineering projects.
- Hands‑on experience with Data Lakes (Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Experience with Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT Processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Integration.
- Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience using SQL and analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications are preferred.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Analytics and Data Engineering projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and analytics teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee implementation of data lakes, data pipelines, and analytics solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and quality standards.
- Competitive pay of $50/hour on W2. No C2C, No third party.
