As an LMS Operations and Data Strategist, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting Global Learning Operations, Manufacturing Learning Leaders, HR Talent Management, and cross-functional business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective stakeholder management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

LMS Operations and Data Strategist

Hybrid | Warren, MI
(Generally Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday-Friday remote schedule may vary based on training needs)

• Lead and improve global LMS operations, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and learner readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex LMS issues related to learner access, training records, reporting, and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support training compliance and business decisions.
• Support Corporate Required Training (CRT), audit readiness activities, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate course setup, testing, launches, maintenance, and reporting while partnering with HR, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, training analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting global learning management systems, compliance programs, and reporting initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data management functions.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating dashboards, analyzing learning data, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
