What's the Job?

Lead and improve global LMS operations, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and learner readiness.

Troubleshoot complex LMS issues related to learner access, training records, reporting, and system integrations.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support training compliance and business decisions.

Support Corporate Required Training (CRT), audit readiness activities, and governance requirements.

Coordinate course setup, testing, launches, maintenance, and reporting while partnering with HR, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders.

3+ years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, training analytics, or a related field.

Experience supporting global learning management systems, compliance programs, and reporting initiatives.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data management functions.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience creating dashboards, analyzing learning data, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
