Flash Array Implementation Specialist (Ever Pure Certified) Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flash Array Implementation Specialist with a valid Ever Pure Certification to lead the deployment, configuration, migration, optimization, and support of enterprise Flash Array storage solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in storage infrastructure, SAN technologies, virtualization platforms, and data migration methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver successful implementation projects in complex enterprise environments.

This role requires hands‑on experience implementing Flash Array solutions while ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

• Lead end‑to‑end Flash Array implementation projects, including planning, installation, configuration, testing, and production cutover.
• Deploy and configure Flash Array storage systems according to business and technical requirements.
• Provision and manage storage resources, volumes, hosts, host groups, snapshots, and replication configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAN environments including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NVMe‑based storage connectivity.
• Execute data migrations from legacy storage platforms to Flash Array with minimal downtime and business impact.
• Collaborate with server, virtualization, networking, database, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement disaster recovery, replication, backup, and business continuity solutions.
• Conduct storage performance analysis, monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization activities.
• Troubleshoot storage‑related incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop detailed implementation documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to internal IT teams.
• Support upgrade planning, firmware updates, and storage lifecycle management initiatives.
• Ensure implementations align with industry best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.

• Active Ever Pure Certification or equivalent Pure Storage implementation certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and administering enterprise storage solutions.
• Minimum of 3 hours of hands‑on experience with Flash Array deployments in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of storage architecture, data services, and storage networking concepts.
• Experience with:
• NVMe technologies
• Storage replication and disaster recovery
• Snapshot and cloning technologies
• Experience supporting VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, or other enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience implementing Pure Storage ActiveDR, Active Cluster, and replication technologies.
• Experience integrating storage solutions with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of automation using Power Shell, Python, Ansible, or REST APIs.
• Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise database environments.
• Experience working in healthcare, financial services, government, or other highly regulated industries.
• Additional certifications related to storage, virtualization, cloud, or networking technologies.
