Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Resource Technician II to support the Gilmore Center and Bronson system with AV training, equipment setup, and scheduling. You will assist with events, catering backup, and resolving AV issues for internal and external customers.
The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of Web Ex and video conferencing, and the ability to travel between Bronson locations. Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma with experience accepted.
