• 7+ years as a Senior Pipefitter;
  Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred
• 3+ years as a supervisor or team leader is preferred
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements;
  Weld systems knowledge is a plus
• Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This position operates in both an office and a shop/plant environment and may be required to work at multiple facilities depending on workload.

Regularly works on-site at local Paslin locations in Hoover, 10-Mile, or Cherry Creek. Must be flexible to work at any of these locations for an extended period. Typical schedule is 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. During critical phases, hours may extend up to 12 hours per day. Regular, full-time work with potential early starts, late work, or weekend work to meet business needs.

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs. This is a safety-sensitive role with work around moving equipment and machinery.

This position is part of the site leadership team and will have direct reports.

Requires flexibility to report to multiple Paslin sites. During an installation project, overnight travel to customer sites may be required for periods up to 12 days at a time over several months. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
