Are you ready to take your leadership and organizational skills to the next level? Paslin, a leader in the automation industry since 1937, is looking for a Site Installation Manager to lead on‑site installation activities for cutting‑edge automation systems. In this high‑impact role, you’ll oversee the layout and installation of manufacturing system controls and tooling. Your mission: ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills. From creating installation schedules and leading kickoff meetings to troubleshooting complex systems and ensuring compliance, you’ll be the go‑to leader on‑site.

• 7+ years as a Site Installation Manager or Supervisor, with a similar scope and responsibilities
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements. Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
• Expertise in leadership, safety, process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

This position operates in both an office and a manufacturing site environment, may be required to work at multiple facilities depending on workload.

Up to 80%. Du ring an installation project this role will require overnight travel to customer sites for periods of up to 12 days at a time over a period of multiple consecutive months. Must be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Regularly works on‑site at customer sites. Will return to local Paslin locations, either Hoover, 10‑Mile or Cherry Creek. Must be flexible to work at any of these three locations as needed for an extended period of time. During critical phases of the project, work hours may flex up to more than 12 hours per day. This position is for regular, full‑time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs. This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery.

This position is part of the site leadership team and will have direct reports.
