We are hiring a Landscape Operations Manager to lead commercial landscaping and snow removal operations across multiple client sites. This salaried, year-round management role oversees field crews, schedules, equipment, safety, and quality for landscape maintenance, landscape installation, and snow & ice management services.
This position is ideal for an experienced operations leader who understands commercial properties, tight service windows, client expectations, and Michigan’s seasonal demands

- Manage day-to-day commercial landscaping operations
, including maintenance and installation - Oversee commercial snow removal and ice management operations
, including pre-event planning, dispatching, and post-event follow-up - Supervise multiple crews, foremen, and subcontractors across job sites
- Create and manage daily/weekly schedules, routes, and service plans
- Ensure all work meets contract specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Monitor labor productivity, job costing, materials, and equipment utilization
- Conduct routine site inspections and resolve service or quality issues
Coordinate closely with sales, account managers, and office staff - Enforce safety programs, company policies, and operational procedures
- Assist with hiring, training, performance management, and crew development
- Participate in on-call rotation during snow events
, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- 3+ years of experience in landscape operations management or commercial landscaping management
- Strong background in commercial landscape maintenance
- Experience with snow removal, snow plowing, and ice management strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and high-volume commercial accounts
- Knowledge of equipment, trucks, plows, salters, and landscape tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read schedules, service contracts, and site plans
- Valid driver’s license (chauffeur’s license a plus)
- Experience working in Michigan’s seasonal climate
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
