Role Overview

Candidate must reside in Michigan. You will join our team as a Regional Account Team Manager, responsible for leading and guiding a team of account managers to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, energy savings goal attainment, and overall success in managing key accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performance team culture focused on exceeding goals and modeling our values of Accountability, Trust, and Transparency.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within the program, ensuring proactive communication and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Standardize and implement a lead tracking report to monitor KPIs and assess the performance of the account management team.
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to provide regular program management updates on key accounts, highlighting achievements, areas of opportunity, and strategic plans.
  • Partner with program management and leadership to develop strategies and provide solutions that inform outreach, marketing, external training, education, and other key program activities which drive goal achievement.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, with a track record of successful client retention and revenue growth.
  • Prior experience leading a team and possessing strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision‑making.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
  • Proven track record of creating successful customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
  • Curiosity for the energy industry and a passion for driving changes in the way people use energy.
  • Ability to understand and effectively articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
  • DOT Requirements: if applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Compensation

Salary Range: $76,100.00 – $ USD.
