The Job:
As a Purchasing Manager, you’ll be part of our Procurement Team for STANLEY Engineered Fastening team working as a hybrid employee.

• Procurement Manager will support execution of category strategy within their region.
• Be a critical thinker that can analyze the current situation, develop a plan to improve, and execute the plan while be able to communicate the plan to obtain internal adoption.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers that are in alignment with the category strategy.
• Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver 5% YOY productivity.
• Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates.
• Support the Lead Category Manager (LCM) on project management and executing category and regional strategies.
• Experience building category cost models/clean sheets, and monitoring raw material, FX, and market trends.

• At least a Bachelors Degree
• At least 5-7 years of experience
• Automotive experience
• Strong influencing and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities
• Experience working with a global and diverse team in North America
• Strong Excel background with experience in ERP systems such as JDE LX

The Salary range for this position is $95,600.00 - $. This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.

The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases.
