• Ensure Android/Avancez systems are properly used in production.
• Enhance production team performance through training, facilitating, communicating, and supporting them to achieve safety, quality, attendance, and production goals.
• Promote Android/Avancez philosophies and values.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support the line supervisor to maintain a safe and organized production area with clear responsibilities and deliverables for each associate.
• Train, audit, and enforce safety practices to achieve zero injuries.
• Audit and encourage adherence to all production and quality systems.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture to deliver defect‑free products and world‑class first‑time quality.
• Assist the supervisor with line or product problem‑solving, communicating and acting to make appropriate decisions.
• Help the team meet daily production targets and customer expectations.
• Monitor the OSR.

• High School diploma.
• 3+ years of sequencing experience.

• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Independent leadership with ability to transition to team player when needed.
• Knowledge of commodities and customer requirements.
• Sense of urgency and the ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment.
