CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer

This position requires appropriate and accurate dimensional evaluations of parts produced and tooling used at Warren Manufacturing to include the programming of parts and tools as needed.

• Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC Lathe producing tooling and prototypes on Mazak lathe; small lot sizes, multiple set ups per day.
• Experience in programming – ability to write a hand program without assistance, download and edit programs, and troubleshoot when needed.
• Ability to guide Blueprint Reading and GD&T.
• Have knowledge of multiple types of controls.
• Take ownership of quality control and gauging ability – hold a tolerance of +/- .0001.
