Fabricator, Manufacturing ​/ Production

We are seeking skilled Fabricators to join our manufacturing team in Sterling Heights MI. In this role, you will design, fabricate, and assemble precision fixtures that support machining, welding, and assembly operations. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our production processes. Pay rate starting at $20 per hour.
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

• Read blueprints to plan fixture construction
• Select appropriate materials for durability and performance
• Fabricate components using but not limited to drill presses, horizontal band saw, press brakes, shears and welding equipment
• Assemble and align fixtures to meet tolerance requirements
• Test and validate fixtures in production environments
• Maintain and repair fixtures to ensure long-term reliability

• Experience in machining or toolmaking (2+ years preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CNC machines and hand tools
• Attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality
• Ability to work independently and in teams
