Die Maintenance Supervisor

The Die Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the direct workforce and overseeing maintenance, die tryout, and repair of major stamping dies, including sub‑assembly, progressive, and/or blanking dies. The supervisor manages UAW skilled trade employees, fosters team building, and collaborates with all levels of management and union. Work is planned and prioritized to support efficient manufacturing initiatives and problems are resolved using root‑cause analysis.

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma / GED and journeyman status Die Maker or high school diploma / GED and 8 years die experience in a stamping environment, with die construction, tryout and/or maintenance work activities
• Ability to work any shift and work overtime as required

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Hemmer experience a plus
• Root cause analysis skills
• Supervisory experience in a union environment
