Your Impact

This part-time, onsite Rover role exists to keep our cultivation environment clean, safe, and ready for consistent output—work that directly protects product quality and patient trust. You’ll rotate where needed across cultivation and post-production, building hands-on experience while supporting a high-performance team.

• Support bucking, trimming, garden defoliation, and general cleaning as assigned
• Complete weekly deep cleans of flower rooms: remove debris, then sanitize thoroughly
• Assist post-production each Monday and help cover side tasks across departments

• Physical stamina; able to bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable using ladders for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail for cleaning/sanitizing
• Positive communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn cultivation basics

Schedule:

You’ll clock in onsite at our Warren facility and get a clear plan for where you’re needed most that day. Expect steady movement between spaces—sometimes in the garden, sometimes in post-production—learning the rhythm of each area and how teams hand work off to one another. One day may be detail-heavy and methodical; another may be fast-paced and collaborative. Throughout the shift, you’ll check in with leads, reset priorities as needs change.

By the end of each week, you’ll see measurable progress in how smoothly rooms turn over and how consistently the operation runs.
