The Assignment

As a Post Production Technician, you'll help turn freshly harvested plants into compliant, sale-ready products. Your speed, quality, and consistency directly impact output at every stage of the process. From helping on harvest to the final trim before packaging, you'll adhere to the SOPs and learn about state requirements.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Bucking plants
  • Scissor trimming buds
    • to the point they look good enough that you'd want them in your bag at the dispo
  • Using ISO + Zerotol for cleaning all equipment
  • Weighing up materials using scales
  • Making tote labels to keep material organized
  • Sorting material by type and stage (e.g. bucked bigs vs trimmed smalls)
  • Completing end-of-shift cleaning and upkeep
  • Assisting with cure room turnovers and disposing of plant waste
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with teammates/leadership
  • Acting in accordance with the Employee Handbook

On the Floor

You're on the floor, dressed and ready to go by shift start time. You don't even wait for weed to hit the table, you take the initiative to get up and distribute it to others. After everyone's got their workload, you're locked in on pace, trying to hit the incentivized goal.

Rotating between focused work and quick resets of your station, you waterfall into helping others as soon as your tasks are complete. You'll stay in sync with the room as processes and priorities shift, especially during harvest days. You take direction, ask clarifying questions, and keeping momentum up without sacrificing quality. At end of day, you're making sure that all equipment has been sanitized and the room reset for the following shift.
