Our Production associates manufacture and repackage food products on a production line while reaching production quotas, continuously check product specification while items are running, operate production equipment and effectively communicate quality, equipment and food safety concerns. Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push or pull, 50lbs
- Stand 8 to 10 hours a day
- Basic computer skills
- One year experience in related field.
- Production equipment knowledge
- Ensure GMP guidelines are being followed
- Willingness to work in fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge in FDA, USDA, SOP, SSOP, and GMP a plus
- HACCP Certified a plus
