Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available
Seeking reliable and well‑rounded Quality Automotive Production Associates for a project in Jackson, MI. This role involves hands‑on quality and production tasks in a fast‑paced automotive environment. The project is anticipated to begin after the holiday shutdown.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with general automotive production and quality support tasks.
- Perform visual inspections of parts or materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Support sorting, inspection, packing, assembly, or material handling as needed.
- Identify and separate any non‑conforming or defective parts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Be flexible with job duties based on project needs.
- Reliable with strong attendance.
- Flexible and willing to work the assigned shift.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, quality inspection, or automotive experience preferred; not required.
