Pay: $17.00/hr |
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available

Job Description

Seeking reliable and well‑rounded Quality Automotive Production Associates for a project in Jackson, MI. This role involves hands‑on quality and production tasks in a fast‑paced automotive environment. The project is anticipated to begin after the holiday shutdown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general automotive production and quality support tasks.
  • Perform visual inspections of parts or materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support sorting, inspection, packing, assembly, or material handling as needed.
  • Identify and separate any non‑conforming or defective parts.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
  • Be flexible with job duties based on project needs.
Job Requirements
  • Reliable with strong attendance.
  • Flexible and willing to work the assigned shift.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, quality inspection, or automotive experience preferred; not required.
