Production Manager

Job Description

• This position requires performing various duties in the quarry, including maintenance and operation of conveyor, screening, and crushing equipment, and operating a front‑end loader to load aggregate materials.

• Examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
• Clean material from returning cars.
• Check material being loaded for quality.
• Record car numbers accurately.
• Shovel and clean.
• Load haul trucks, load customer trucks, feed portable plants, stockpile, and load bins.
• Operate haul truck and water truck.
• Understand mining equipment and its uses.
• Know aggregate sizes and classifications.
• Perform work related to maintenance and loader operation while meeting the highest safety standards.
• Maintain reliable attendance, meet company standards, and remain positive.
• Work independently under supervisor instruction, respecting safety and quality.
• Job duties may be supplemented as needed.

• High school education or GED preferred but not required.
