This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience operating CNC machines, with strong knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measurement tools. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform machine offsets and tool changes as needed.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure product accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machining issues.
Professional Experience/Qualifications- 3-5 years of CNC machining experience OR 1+ year of experience with CNC certification.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
- Proficient in using precision measurement tools (gauges, calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to make machine offsets and perform tool changes.
- CNC certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Preferred Skills- Familiarity with different CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas).
- Basic understanding of machining materials and cutting speeds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
