Join Our Team!We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. This position supports daily prototype operations in a fast-paced metal stamping environment. If you are safety-conscious, reliable, and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing setting, we'd like to hear from you.
No automotive manufacturing experience? That's okay! We are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities- Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.
- Assist machine operators and production personnel.
- Perform visual quality inspections on automotive stamped parts.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
- Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely.
- Operate a shear to cut sheet metal using templates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (certification preferred).
- Assist with inventory, sorting, and counting of materials.
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive a company van for local deliveries and pickups (valid driver's license required).
- Work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for company vehicle operation.
