Role SummaryThe Plant Simulation Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing discrete event simulation (DES) models to support material flow optimization, manufacturing planning, capacity analysis and launch readiness activities across General Motors production facilities
.
The simulation engineer will use digital factory tools to evaluate production scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve throughput, utilization, and operational efficienc
