Manufacturing Maintenance Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead located in Macomb, MI. The Manufacturing Maintenance Lead will oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities in the manufacturing facility, ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing machinery, including electrical work, performing preventative maintenance, training maintenance staff, and collaborating with manufacturing engineering and operations teams to improve processes and equipment performance.

• Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Operations skills
• Electrical diagnosis and repair
• Experience in general Manufacturing processes and techniques
• Ability to conduct Training for maintenance staff
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
• Experience in air filter or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred
