CNC Machine Operator

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a client in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services industry. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components, interpret blueprints, and perform quality checks using measuring tools. You will load materials, adjust machine settings, and monitor production to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate has experience in CNC operation, basic programming or offset adjustments, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work area in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Load materials, select tooling, and adjust machine offsets and settings
• Monitor machine operations and make minor program or tooling adjustments
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Maintain quality standards and document production data
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
• Follow all safety procedures and report issues to supervisors
