Adient plc is seeking a Production Manager for our Automotive Seating plant in Warren, Michigan. You will lead salaried personnel, oversee manufacturing operations, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production to meet customer specs.
We value extensive experience in automotive manufacturing, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of JIT principles. Occasional night shift coverage is part of the role;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
