Contract Type: 12-month contract with strong potential for extension and possible conversion
Role OverviewThe client team is seeking an Assistant Marketing & Advertising Manager to support the execution of bold, customer-first marketing initiatives for client’s certified used vehicle brand. This role focuses on the tactical day-to-day execution of integrated marketing efforts across retail, CRM, and digital channels while ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
You will collaborate closely with internal client teams, external partner agencies, and the MRM marketing team. This is a highly visible role for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and thrives in cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across:
- CRM campaigns
- Consumer website and digital channels
- Coordinate website updates and activities with the Digital Operations Specialist
- Partner with creative and media agencies to develop and deliver marketing assets
- Facilitate approvals and ensure materials meet client brand standards
- Collaborate with internal partners (Global Marketing, Social COE, etc.)
- Support implementation of integrated dealer retail strategies
- Track media and production budgets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Analyze marketing, site metrics, and provide concise performance summaries
- Develop understanding of the used vehicle and certified pre-owned market
- Support special projects and new initiatives as the business evolves
- Maintain a positive, customer-first, and innovative mindset
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or advertising
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple work streams
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Jira and/or Workfront
- Marketing agency experience
- Automotive, retail, or e-commerce experience
- CRM platform exposure

Tuesday–Thursday - Remote:
Monday & Friday - Majority of team works onsite
