Gryphon Place is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support Michigan's MiCAL/988 crisis services. You will build and maintain partnerships with 911/PSAPs, hospitals, schools, and community-based organizations across Michigan to strengthen referrals and coordination.
You will work under the Director of Contact Center Operations to align outreach with program operations and contracts, while promoting equity and access.
